バーチャルクロス（以下「当社」といいます。）は、当社が提供するアプリ「音いろは」（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）における利用者の情報の取扱いについて、次のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

2. 取り扱う情報
本アプリにはアカウントの登録が無く、当社は本アプリの利用者の情報を当社のサーバーに取得・保存しません。本アプリが扱う情報と、その置き場所は次のとおりです。

3. Bluetooth と MIDI 鍵盤
本アプリは、Bluetooth で MIDI 鍵盤（電子ピアノなど）とつなぐためにだけ、Bluetooth を使います。つながった鍵盤からの演奏の入力は、端末内で演奏の判定と音の再生に使うだけで、保存も送信もしません。USB でつなぐ場合も同じです。Android 版では、「付近のデバイス」の利用の許可を、MIDI 鍵盤をさがしてつなぐときにだけ求めます。Android 11 以下では、Bluetooth の機器をさがすために「位置情報」の利用の許可も必要になりますが、本アプリが位置情報を読んだり送ったりすることはありません。
4. 有料プランの購入
有料プランの購入・更新・解約・復元は、iOS 版では Apple（App Store）、Android 版では Google（Google Play）の仕組みで行われ、決済情報は各社が取り扱います。本アプリは、購入しているかどうかを端末内で各社の仕組みにより確認し、当社にその情報を送りません。
5. 端末から外部へ送信される情報
本アプリが利用者の端末から外部へ情報を送信するのは、有料プランの購入・復元のための Apple（iOS 版）又は Google（Android 版）との通信だけです。各社は、自らのプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を取り扱います（当社を経由しません）。画面の書体などはアプリに含めており、外部から読み込みません。

本アプリの購入画面などから利用規約や本ポリシーを開くと、ブラウザ（Safari）で当社ウェブサイトが表示されます。その際の情報の取扱いは、当社ウェブサイトのプライバシーポリシーによります。
6. 委託・第三者提供
当社は、本アプリに関して利用者の個人データを取得しないため、その取扱いを外部に委託することはなく、外国にある第三者に提供することもありません。当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。
7. 広告とトラッキング
本アプリには広告が無く、広告やアクセス解析のためのツールを使っていません。他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいで利用者を追跡することはなく、そのための許可（App Tracking Transparency）も求めません。
8. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、子どもが使うことを想定しています。当社は、子どもを含む利用者の氏名、連絡先、位置情報などの個人情報を取得しません。端末の外に送られるのは、第5条の情報だけです。保護者の方は、有料プランの購入について、Apple のファミリー共有の「承認と購入のリクエスト」、又は Google のファミリー リンクの購入の承認などで管理できます。
9. 保存と削除
端末内の記録は、本アプリを削除すると消えます。Android 版では、端末のバックアップ（Google ドライブ）に記録が含まれることがあります（端末の機能で、当社は受け取りません）。購入の履歴は Apple 又は Google 側に残ります（各社の定めによります）。
10. 当社が保有する情報と開示等の請求
当社は、本アプリに関して、利用者の個人データを当社のサーバー等に取得・保存していません。そのため、当社が開示・訂正・削除等の請求の対象となる保有個人データを保有することはありません。ご不明な点は下記の窓口にお問い合わせください。
11. 本ポリシーの変更
当社は、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定した場合は本ページに掲示し、重要な変更は、効力が生じる前に本ページでお知らせします。

VirtualCross ("we") sets out below how information is handled in "OtoIroha" (音いろは; the "App"), the application we provide.
1. Who we are

2. Information the App handles
The App has no user accounts, and we do not collect or store any information about its users on our servers. The information the App handles, and where it is kept, is as follows.

3. Bluetooth and MIDI keyboards
The App uses Bluetooth only to connect to a MIDI keyboard (such as a digital piano). What you play on the connected keyboard is used on your device only to judge your playing and produce sound, and is neither stored nor sent. The same applies when you connect by USB. On Android, the App asks for Nearby devices permission only when you look for and connect a MIDI keyboard. On Android 11 and earlier, finding Bluetooth devices also requires location permission, but the App never reads or sends your location.
4. Buying the Paid Plan
Buying, renewing, cancelling and restoring the Paid Plan go through Apple's App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android, and each company handles your payment details. The App checks on your device, through that company's system, whether you have bought it, and does not send that information to us.
5. Information sent from your device to other companies
The only information the App sends from your device to anyone else is what passes between your device and Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) when you buy or restore the Paid Plan. Each company handles it under its own privacy policy (it does not pass through us). Fonts and other resources are included in the App and are not loaded from outside.

If you open the Terms of Use or this policy from the App (for example from the purchase screen), our website opens in your browser (Safari). Information handled there is covered by our website's privacy policy.
6. Entrustment and provision to third parties
Because we do not obtain users' personal data in connection with the App, we do not entrust its handling to anyone and do not provide it to third parties outside Japan. Except as required by law, we do not provide users' information to third parties.
7. Advertising and tracking
The App has no ads and uses no advertising or analytics tools. It does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and does not ask for permission to do so (App Tracking Transparency).
8. Children's privacy
The App is intended to be used by children. We do not obtain personal information such as the name, contact details or location of any user, including children. The only information that leaves the device is that described in Section 5. Parents can manage purchases of the Paid Plan using Apple's Family Sharing features such as Ask to Buy, or purchase approvals in Google Family Link.
9. Retention and deletion
Records on your device are deleted when you delete the App. On Android, they may be included in your device's backup (Google Drive); this is a device feature, and we do not receive them. Your purchase history remains with Apple or Google, under their terms.
10. Information we hold and requests about your data
We do not collect or store users' personal data on our servers or elsewhere in connection with the App. We therefore hold no retained personal data that could be the subject of a request for disclosure, correction or deletion. If you have any questions, please contact us below.
11. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page, and we will announce important changes on this page before they take effect.
