Q. 無料でどこまで使えますか？

「楽譜のきほん」、第一章、「じゆうに弾く」は無料です。第二章から先のレッスン、名曲チャレンジと発表会の曲、MIDI 鍵盤をつなぐ機能は、音いろは プレミアム（月額480円・自動更新）で使えます。無料の試用期間はありません。 "Basics of reading music" (楽譜のきほん), Chapter 1 and "Free play" (じゆうに弾く) are free. Lessons from Chapter 2 onwards, the well-known piece challenges and recital pieces, and connecting a MIDI keyboard need OtoIroha Premium (JPY 480 per month, auto-renewing). There is no free trial.

Q. プレミアムを解約したい

iPhone・iPad:「設定 >（自分の名前）> サブスクリプション」から音いろはを選び、契約期間が終わる24時間前までに解約してください。
Android: アプリのマイページの「変更・解約」、又は Google Play ストアの「お支払いと定期購入 > 定期購入」から選び、次回の更新日までに解約してください。
アプリを削除しても解約にはなりません。解約後も、その期間の終わりまではプレミアムをお使いいただけます。 iPhone or iPad: go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions, choose OtoIroha and cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Android: use 「変更・解約」 on the app's My page, or go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions in the Google Play Store, and cancel before the next renewal date.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. You can keep using Premium until the end of the current period after cancelling.

Q. 返金してほしい

法令に定める場合及び利用規約に定める場合を除き、返品・返金には応じられません。アプリ内課金の返金は Apple 又は Google の定める手続きによります（App Store の「問題を報告する」、又は Google Play の返金のリクエストから申請できます）。不具合により利用できない場合は info@virtual-cross.com までご連絡ください。 Except as provided by law or in the Terms of Use, we cannot accept returns or refunds. Refunds of in-app purchases follow Apple's or Google's procedures (you can request one via "Report a Problem" in the App Store, or through a refund request on Google Play). If a fault stops you from using the app, contact us at info@virtual-cross.com.

Q. 機種変更やアプリの入れ直しのあと、プレミアムが使えない

購入に使ったのと同じ Apple アカウント（Android では Google アカウント）で、プレミアムの登録画面にある「購入を 復元」をタップしてください。同じ Apple アカウントを使う iPhone・iPad なら、追加の料金なしで使えます。 Using the same Apple Account (Google Account on Android) you bought it with, tap 「購入を 復元」 (Restore purchases) on the Premium sign-up screen. It works at no extra charge on any iPhone or iPad that uses the same Apple Account.

Q. 学習の記録は別の端末に引き継げますか？

引き継げません。音いろはにはアカウントが無く、学習の進み具合や発表会の点数はその端末の中にだけ保存されます（当社のサーバーには送られません）。アプリを削除すると記録も消えます。プレミアムの購入は「購入を 復元」で別の端末でも使えますが、学習の記録は移りません。 No. OtoIroha has no accounts, and your progress and recital scores are kept only on that device (they are not sent to our servers). Deleting the app deletes them too. Your Premium purchase can be restored on another device, but your learning records do not move with it.

Q. MIDI 鍵盤（電子ピアノ）をつなぎたい

USB でつなぐ場合: iPhone・iPad や Android の端子に合うケーブルやアダプタで鍵盤をつなぐと、自動で認識されます。
Bluetooth でつなぐ場合: 鍵盤の Bluetooth MIDI をオンにしてから、アプリの「MIDI鍵盤をつなぐ」をタップしてください。Bluetooth の鍵盤を探す画面が開くので、鍵盤を選んでつなぎます。初めてのときは Bluetooth の利用の許可を求められます。Android では、マイページの「Bluetoothで さがす」から探します。「付近のデバイス」（Android 11 以下では「位置情報」）の許可を求められますが、位置を読むことはありません。
MIDI 鍵盤はプレミアムの機能です。すべての機種での動作を保証するものではありません。つながらない場合は、鍵盤の機種名を添えてお問い合わせください。 By USB: connect the keyboard with a cable or adapter that fits your iPhone, iPad or Android device, and it is recognised automatically.
By Bluetooth: turn on Bluetooth MIDI on the keyboard, then tap 「MIDI鍵盤をつなぐ」 (Connect a MIDI keyboard) in the app. A screen for finding Bluetooth keyboards opens; choose yours to connect. The first time, you will be asked to allow Bluetooth. On Android, use 「Bluetoothで さがす」 (Find by Bluetooth) on My page; you will be asked to allow Nearby devices (location on Android 11 and earlier), but your location is never read.
MIDI keyboards are a Premium feature. We cannot guarantee that every model works. If yours will not connect, contact us with its model name.

Q. 子どもが勝手に購入しないようにしたい

Apple のファミリー共有の「承認と購入のリクエスト」、又は Google のファミリー リンクの購入の承認を使うと、お子さまの購入に保護者の承認が必要になります。スクリーンタイムの「コンテンツとプライバシーの制限」で App 内課金を許可しないこともできます。設定の方法は Apple のサポートをご覧ください。 With Apple's Family Sharing feature Ask to Buy, or purchase approvals in Google Family Link, a parent must approve a child's purchases. You can also turn off in-app purchases under Content & Privacy Restrictions in Screen Time. See Apple Support for how to set these up.

Q. キャラクターの声を消したい

アプリ内の「キャラクターの声」のボタンで、オン・オフを切り替えられます。 Use the 「キャラクターの声」 (Character voice) button in the app to turn it on or off.

Q. 情報はどのように扱われますか？
