FAVS — iOS & WEB
What you love,
in six slots.
SIX SLOTS, NOTHING MORE
Records, books, the place down the road. Lay out what you love in six slots and share it with a URL. Six is all you get, so every swap makes you ask whether this one really belongs — which is exactly why a full six is worth showing.
How a box is laid out. There are six slots, and you choose the size and position of each tile within them. A box set to public can be viewed by anyone who knows its URL, without signing in.
What you can do
Six slots, your sizes
Decide how big each tile is and where it sits within the grid. Make the one that matters bigger.
Paste a link, get a tile
Add a link and the title and image fill themselves in. When a page will not give them up, type them yourself.
Share with one URL
A public box can be opened by anyone who knows its URL. Switching it back to private takes effect immediately.
Register when you feel like it
You can build without an account. It stays on your device, and carries over the moment you register.
About privacy
We never ask for or receive your name or email address. You can sign in with Apple, Google or LINE, but all we receive is the identifier that provider issues. We use no analytics tools.
The app and public pages carry advertising, served by Google (AdMob and AdSense). We never receive what is collected to serve it. The app does not collect the tracking advertising identifier (IDFA), so you will not see ads based on your activity in other apps or sites. A one-time JPY 100 purchase removes the ads from both the app and your own public pages.
When you add a link, it is our server that visits it, so your IP address is never passed to the linked site. What we store, and how public pages work, is set out in the privacy policy.
Try it
It runs as an iPhone app, with public pages you open in a browser. You can make a box private again at any time, and deleting your account removes the public pages along with everything else.
We will announce the release date on this page. Questions are welcome at info@virtual-cross.com.
