Q. 6マスしか置けないのはなぜですか？

選ぶことそのものを楽しんでもらうためです。数を絞ると、1つ入れ替えるたびに「本当にこれか」と考えることになります。埋まりきった6マスは、たくさん並べたリストより人に見せたくなります。 The limit is the point. With only six slots, every swap makes you decide what really belongs. A full six is more worth showing than a long list.

Q. リンクを貼っても取り込めません

ログインが必要なページや、外部からの読み取りを断っているページは、タイトルや画像を自動で取得できないことがあります。その場合は「ととのえる」の画面が開くので、タイトルだけ手で入れてください。画像は「画像を変える」から写真を選べます。 Some pages require a sign-in or refuse outside requests, so the title and image cannot be fetched. When that happens the "tidy up" screen opens — type the title yourself, and pick an image from your photos if you want one.

Q. 登録しないで作ったものは消えますか？

登録するまでは、作ったものはお使いの端末内にのみ保存されています。登録すればそのままアカウントに引き継がれます。登録しないままアプリを削除すると、中身も一緒に失われます。 Until you register, everything you make is stored only on your device, and it carries over to your account when you do register. If you delete the app before registering, the contents go with it.

Q. 公開ページを人に見られたくありません

ボックスは非公開に切り替えられます。切り替えるとすぐに閲覧できなくなります。公開のままの場合は、URL を知っている方であればログインなしで閲覧できます。 You can switch a box to private, and it stops being viewable straight away. While it is public, anyone who knows the URL can view it without signing in.

Q. ID を変えると公開ページの URL はどうなりますか？

URL も一緒に変わります。以前の URL は開けなくなるため、すでに誰かに渡している場合はご注意ください。 The URL changes with it, and the previous URL stops working. Take care if you have already shared it with anyone.

Q. アカウントを削除したい

アプリの設定から「アカウントを削除」を選んでください。ボックス・アイテム・画像・公開ページのすべてが削除され、元に戻すことはできません。 Choose "Delete account" in the app's settings. All of your boxes, items, images and public pages are deleted, and this cannot be undone.

Q. 不適切な内容の公開ページを見つけました

下記のメールアドレスまで、該当ページの URL を添えてご連絡ください。内容を確認し、利用規約に反すると判断した場合は、公開の停止またはアカウントの停止を行います。通常2〜3営業日以内に対応します。

Q. 写真は外部に送信されますか？

利用者が選んだ画像は、端末内で縮小したうえで当社のサーバーに保存されます。公開ページに表示するためです。選んでいない写真を読み取ることはありません。 Images you select are downscaled on your device and then stored on our servers so they can appear on your public page. We never read photos you have not selected.
