広告の配信は Google LLC(AdMob および AdSense)が行います。
Cookie

This is a reference translation. The Japanese text above is the authoritative version.
VirtualCross ("we") sets out below how information is handled in "favs" (the "Service"), the app and website we provide.
1. Accounts and sign-in
You can sign in with an Apple, Google or LINE account. We receive only the user identifier issued by that provider. We neither request nor receive your name or email address.
To keep you signed in, a token we issue is stored in your device's keychain. On the server we store only an irreversible transformation of that token, never the token itself.
2. What we store
After you register, we store on our servers:
- your public ID (the name beginning with @)
- your appearance setting (dark / light / match device)
- box names, whether each box is public, and their order
- each item's title, secondary text, kind, link, linked service name, position and size on the grid, and image crop position
- images you add
Anything you make before registering is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers. It is attached to your account at the moment you register.
3. Public pages
A box set to public can be viewed by anyone who knows its URL, without signing in. Search engines may index it.
Switching a box to private in the app's settings takes effect immediately.
4. Importing links
When you add a link, our server visits that link and retrieves publicly available information such as its title and image. Because this request comes from our server, your IP address is never passed to the linked site.
We do not store the retrieved image; we display it by referencing its original URL. As a result, the IP address of anyone viewing a public page is passed to whoever serves that image (a music or video service, for example).
For music links (Apple Music, and other music services such as Spotify), so that a 30-second preview can be played, the app looks up the song or album identifier, or the song title and artist name, with Apple's public search service (iTunes Search API) to find the preview audio. This lookup passes your device's IP address to Apple. Preview audio is streamed directly from Apple's servers. Likewise, when someone presses the play button on a public page, their IP address is passed to Apple.
For YouTube links, pressing "Play here" in the app's enlarged view plays the video with YouTube's official embedded player. Only when you press it, your device connects to YouTube (Google) and your IP address and similar information are passed to them. Playback is governed by YouTube's terms and privacy policy.
5. Photos
Photo library access is used only to load images you select. A selected image is downscaled on your device and then stored on our servers so it can appear on your public page.
6. Clipboard
We read the clipboard only when you tap "add the copied link". We never read it otherwise.
7. Where data is held
Data is stored and processed on Cloudflare, Inc. services (Workers, D1, R2 and KV). Their network spans many countries, so processing may occur on servers outside Japan. Request logs (timestamp, IP address, browser or app type, etc.) are retained by Cloudflare for a period.
Cloudflare Privacy Policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
8. Advertising
The Service shows a banner at the bottom of the app screen and on public pages. Ads are served by Google LLC (AdMob and AdSense).
To serve those ads, Google collects the following from your device directly, without passing through us:
- your IP address (from which an approximate region is inferred)
- technical information such as device or browser type, OS version and language
- impressions, clicks and other interactions with the ads
- on public pages, identifiers stored through cookies and similar technologies
We never receive any of this. What we receive from the ad providers is aggregate, non-identifying performance data (impressions, estimated earnings).
The app does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA) used for tracking. We do not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission, so you will not see ads personalised from your activity in other apps or websites.
If you would rather not see ads, the paid feature in section 9 removes them from both the app and your own public pages.
How Google uses data in advertising: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
9. Paid feature (removing ads)
You can buy "Remove ads" in the app (one-time purchase, JPY 100 including tax).
Payment is handled by Apple (the App Store); we never receive card numbers or other payment details. All we store is an identifier showing that the purchase completed, used solely to remove ads from your own public pages.
The purchase is tied to your Apple Account. It carries over to a new device as long as you use the same Apple Account.
10. Analytics and cookies
We use no analytics tools.
Cookies are used by a third party (Google) for the ads shown on public pages. We ourselves set no cookies, in the app or on public pages.
11. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide your information to third parties except as required by law. The collection described in section 8 is not a disclosure by us: the ad providers collect it directly from your device.
12. Deleting your information
Choosing "Delete account" in the app's settings deletes all of your boxes, items, images and public pages. This cannot be undone.
13. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at children.
14. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
