バーチャルクロス（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「fabulaouscam」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

1. 取得する情報と利用目的

情報の種類	内容	利用目的
写真・動画	本アプリで撮影・編集する画像および動画。撮影・フィルター処理は原則として利用者の端末内で行われます。AI編集機能をご利用いただいた場合に限り、処理のため画像・動画が外部の画像・映像処理サービスへ送信されます。	撮影・編集機能の提供。AI編集機能の実行（利用者が明示的に実行した場合のみ）。

2. 第三者への提供・委託

当社は、次の場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。

• 利用者の同意がある場合
• 法令に基づく場合
• 利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、以下の外部サービスに取り扱いを委託する場合
  • 広告配信：Google LLC（Google AdMob）
  • 画像・映像処理：AI編集機能の実行のための外部の画像・映像処理サービス
  • 課金：Apple Inc.（App Store）

AI編集機能で送信された画像・動画は、当該処理の目的にのみ利用され、当社が編集結果の提供以外の目的で利用することはありません。

3. 国外への移転

上記の外部サービスの一部は日本国外に所在するため、情報が国外のサーバーで処理される場合があります。

4. データの保存・削除

撮影・編集した写真および動画は、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。利用者は端末上でいつでも削除できます。AI編集のために外部サービスへ送信されたデータの保存期間は、当該サービスの方針に従います。

5. トラッキングと広告について

本アプリは、初回起動時等にトラッキングの許可を求めます。許可しない場合でも本アプリの主要機能はご利用いただけますが、表示される広告が最適化されない場合があります。広告に関する設定は端末の「設定」からいつでも変更できます。

6. 未成年者の利用

未成年者が本アプリを利用する場合は、保護者の同意のもとでご利用ください。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリ内または当社ウェブサイト上で通知します。

VirtualCross ("we") sets out below how user information is handled in the mobile application "fabulaouscam" (the "App"), which we provide.

1. Information we collect and why

Type	Details	Purpose
Photos and videos	Images and videos captured or edited in the App. Capture and filter processing take place on your device as a rule. Only when you use an AI editing feature are the image or video sent to an external image and video processing service for that processing.	Providing capture and editing features. 2. Sharing and processing by others

  • Image and video processing: an external image and video processing service, for running AI editing features
  • Billing: Apple Inc. (App Store)

Images and videos sent for an AI editing feature are used only for that processing. We do not use them for anything beyond returning the edited result.

3. Transfers outside Japan

Some of the external services above are located outside Japan, so information may be processed on servers outside Japan.

4. Storage and deletion

Photos and videos you capture or edit are stored on your device as a rule, and you can delete them on your device at any time. How long data sent to an external service for AI editing is retained follows that service's own policy.

5. Tracking and advertising

The App asks for tracking permission, for example on first launch. The App's main features remain available if you decline, though the ads shown may be less relevant. You can change advertising settings at any time in your device's Settings.

6. Use by minors

Minors should use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.

7. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as needed. If we make a significant change, we will give notice in the App or on our website.
