- 提供時期
- 決済完了後、直ちにご利用いただけます。
- 返品・返金
- 法令に定める場合および利用規約に定める場合を除き、返品・返金には応じられません。アプリ内課金の返金は Apple または Google の定める手続きによります。不具合により利用できない場合は info@virtual-cross.com までご連絡ください。
- 自動更新と解約
- サブスクリプションは、App Store では次回更新日の24時間前までに、Google Play では次回更新日までに解約しない限り、同じ期間・料金で自動的に更新されます。解約は、iOS 版は端末の「設定 >（ご自身の名前）> サブスクリプション」から、Android 版は Google Play ストアの「お支払いと定期購入 > 定期購入」から行ってください。アプリを削除しても解約にはなりません。解約後も当該期間の終了までは引き続きご利用いただけます。期間の途中で解約しても、日割り・月割りによる返金はありません。

- The price of each subscription plan (monthly) is as shown on the purchase screen in the App and on the App Store or Google Play. The price shown is the amount you pay.

- You are charged when the purchase completes, and the renewal fee is then charged at the start of each period (one month).
- Delivery
- Available immediately after payment completes.
- Returns and refunds
- Except as provided by law or by the Terms of Use, we cannot accept returns or refunds. Refunds of in-app purchases follow the procedures of Apple or Google. If a fault stops you from using the App, contact us at info@virtual-cross.com.
- Auto-renewal and cancellation
- A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next renewal date on the App Store, or before the next renewal date on Google Play. To cancel on iOS, go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your device; on Android, go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions in the Google Play Store app. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. You can keep using the App until the end of the current period after cancelling. Cancelling partway through a period does not give a pro-rated refund.
