Q. サブスクリプションを解約したい
iPhone・iPad は端末の「設定 >（ご自身の名前）> サブスクリプション」から、次回更新日の24時間前までに解約してください。Android は Google Play ストアの「お支払いと定期購入 > 定期購入」から、次回更新日までに解約してください。解約後も、その期間の終了までは引き続きご利用いただけます。 On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. On Android, go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions in the Google Play Store app before the next renewal date. You can keep using the App until the end of the current period.
Q. 課金したのに反映されない / 機種変更した
購入時と同じ Apple アカウント（Android は Google アカウント）でサインインしているかご確認のうえ、アプリの「設定 > 購入を復元」をお試しください。iPhone と Android の間ではサブスクリプションは引き継がれません。それでも反映されない場合は info@virtual-cross.com までご連絡ください。 Check that you are signed in with the same Apple Account (Google account on Android) you purchased with, then try Settings > Restore purchases in the App. Subscriptions do not carry over between iPhone and Android. If it still does not appear, email us.
Q. 返金してほしい
法令に定める場合および利用規約に定める場合を除き、返品・返金には応じられません。アプリ内課金の返金は Apple または Google の定める手続きによります（返金のご依頼は Apple または Google Play の窓口へお願いします）。不具合により利用できない場合は、状況を info@virtual-cross.com までお知らせください。 Except as provided by law or by the Terms of Use, we cannot accept returns or refunds. Refunds of in-app purchases follow the procedures of Apple or Google, so please request them through Apple or Google Play. If a fault stops you from using the App, email us the details.
Q. 撮った写真や動画は外部に送信されますか？
撮影とフィルター処理は、原則として端末の中だけで行われます。AI機能（AIで編集・リアルタイムAI・高解像度化）を同意のうえ実行したときに限り、処理のために画像・動画・カメラ映像が外部のAIサービス（Decart.ai Inc.・Features & Labels, Inc.〈fal〉、いずれも米国）へ送信されます。顔の位置や特徴点（顔データ）は送信も保存もしません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。 Capture and filters run on your device. Only when you consent and run an AI feature (AI Edit, Real-time AI or Enhance) is the image, video or camera feed sent to an external AI service (Decart.ai Inc. or Features & Labels, Inc. / fal, both USA). Face data such as face position and landmarks is never sent or stored. See the privacy policy for details.
Q. 「トラッキングを許可しますか？」と表示されました（iPhone）
広告のための確認です。許可しない場合でも主要機能はご利用いただけます。表示される広告が最適化されないことがあります。設定は端末の「設定」からいつでも変更できます。 That prompt is for advertising. The main features work if you decline; the ads shown may just be less relevant. You can change it anytime in Settings.
Q. 動作環境を知りたい
iOS 26.5 以降を搭載した iPhone、iPadOS 26.5 以降を搭載した iPad、Android 11 以降を搭載した Android 端末に対応しています。デュアル撮影・ワイド+望遠などは、対応する端末でのみ使えます。 iPhone running iOS 26.5 or later, iPad running iPadOS 26.5 or later, and Android devices running Android 11 or later. Dual capture, Wide + Tele and some other features need a supported device.
