Q. サブスクリプションを解約したい

端末の「設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプション」から解約できます。次回更新日の24時間前までに手続きしてください。解約後も、その期間の終了までは引き続きご利用いただけます。 Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device, at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. You can keep using the App until the end of the current period.

Q. 課金したのに反映されない / 機種変更した

購入時と同じ Apple アカウントでサインインしているかご確認ください。それでも反映されない場合は info@virtual-cross.com までご連絡ください。 Check that you are signed in with the same Apple Account you purchased with. If it still does not appear, email us.

Q. 返金してほしい

商品の性質上、当方での返品・返金は原則としてお受けできません。返金のご依頼は Apple の窓口へお願いします。不具合が原因の場合は、状況をメールでお知らせください。 We cannot accept returns or refunds ourselves as a rule; please request refunds through Apple. If something is broken, email us the details.

Q. 撮った写真や動画は外部に送信されますか？

撮影とフィルター処理は、原則として端末の中だけで行われます。AI編集機能を実行したときに限り、処理のために画像・動画が外部の画像・映像処理サービスへ送信されます。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。 Capture and filters run on your device. Only when you run an AI editing feature is the image or video sent to an external processing service. See the privacy policy for details.

Q. 「トラッキングを許可しますか？」と表示されました

広告のための確認です。許可しない場合でも主要機能はご利用いただけます。表示される広告が最適化されないことがあります。設定は端末の「設定」からいつでも変更できます。 That prompt is for advertising. The main features work if you decline; the ads shown may just be less relevant. You can change it anytime in Settings.

iOS 26.5 以降を搭載した iPhone に対応しています。 iPhone running iOS 26.5 or later.
