NOTICES BY AREA AND GENRE
Notia lets you send a notice to an area, a country or the whole world, under a genre you choose. To receive, you only pick the genres you want: notices sent to the range you have chosen arrive in your inbox and as push notifications. Every notice is delivered only after it passes review.
How a notice is delivered. It goes out only after passing review, and reaches the people inside the chosen range (here, an area) who have that genre turned on (blue dots).
What it does
Send to a range and a genre
Choose an area, a country or worldwide, pick a genre, write the text and submit it for review. Notices that reach 100 people or fewer can be sent free, up to one a day (not worldwide). Beyond the free allowance, you use points according to how many people the notice reaches.
Choose the genres you receive
Turn on the genres you want, and notices sent to your chosen range arrive in your inbox. All genres start off.
Other languages, translated
Notices written in other languages are shown translated into yours. "Show original" gives you the text exactly as the sender wrote it, and translation can be turned off in Settings.
Report or block unpleasant notices
A notice you report is hidden right away, and the Notia team checks it within 24 hours. Block the sender and their notices stop reaching you.
About privacy
We do not receive your name or email address, and we do not collect precise location such as GPS. You choose your area yourself (the first time only, we suggest an approximate area estimated from the IP address you connect from). Notice text and related details are sent to OpenAI for review and automatic translation. The app shows ads. It is not intended for people under 16. The privacy policy has the full detail.
