バーチャルクロス（以下「当方」）は、アプリ「Notia」（以下「本サービス」）の利用者の情報を、このプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。
1. 取得する情報

2. 利用目的
- 本サービスの提供（通知の配信、受信箱の表示、プッシュ通知、ポイントの管理）
- 通知の審査、通報への対応、違反への措置、不正利用（スパム、複数アカウントの悪用など）の防止
- 通知の自動翻訳
- 想定リーチ（届く人数）の集計と、消費ポイントの計算
- 広告の表示
- お問い合わせへの対応、重要なお知らせの連絡
- 本サービスの改善、障害の調査
- 法令にもとづく対応
3. 外部への提供・委託
当方は、法令にもとづく場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、次の事業者に、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で情報の取り扱いを委託し、または情報が送られます。これらの事業者のサーバーは日本国外にある場合があります。

これらの国の個人情報保護制度については、個人情報保護委員会のウェブサイト（https://www.ppc.go.jp/personalinfo/legal/kaiseihogohou/#gaikoku ）で確認できます。
4. 保存期間
- アカウントの情報は、アカウントを削除するまで保存します。匿名のアカウント（サインインしていないもの）は、最後に使ってから400日たつと削除します。
- 既読の記録は60日で削除します。
- 送った通知、審査・通報・措置の記録、送信時の IP アドレス等は、不正対策と法令にもとづく請求（発信者情報の開示請求など）への対応のため、アカウントの削除後も一定期間保存します。
- 永久的な送信停止とした利用者の Apple / Google アカウントの識別子は、再登録を防ぐため、元に戻せない形（ハッシュ値）にして保存します。
5. 利用者が選べること
- プッシュ通知: 受信するジャンル、運営からのお知らせのプッシュは、アプリの設定でいつでも変えられます。OS の設定で通知そのものを止めることもできます。
- 自動翻訳: アプリの設定で止められます。止めても、審査のために通知の本文は OpenAI に送られます。
- 広告のトラッキング（iPhone）: 初回に確認します。「設定」アプリ → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング でいつでも変えられます。許可しなくても、興味に合わせない広告が表示されます。欧州経済領域・英国・スイスの利用者には、同意の確認画面を表示します。
- アカウントの削除: アプリの「設定」→「アカウントを削除」でいつでも削除できます。アカウント、受信の記録、いいね、ブロック、ポイントを削除し、送った通知は表示されなくなります（保存については 4 のとおりです）。
6. 開示・訂正・削除などの請求
利用者は、当方が保有する自分の個人情報について、開示、訂正、利用停止、削除などを求めることができます。下記の窓口にご連絡ください。本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に従って対応します。
7. 安全管理
通信は暗号化（HTTPS）して行い、管理用の画面は担当者に限ってアクセスできるようにしています。AI 審査の認証には長期間有効な鍵を置かない方式を使うなど、情報の漏えい・改ざんを防ぐ措置をとっています。
8. 子どもの情報
本サービスは16歳未満の方を対象としていません。16歳未満の方の情報を取得したことがわかった場合は、削除します。
9. 改定
このポリシーを改定する場合、重要な変更はアプリ内または当方のウェブサイトで事前に知らせます。

VirtualCross ("we" or "us") handles information about users of the app "Notia" (the "Service") in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect

2. Purposes of Use
- Providing the Service (delivering notices, displaying the inbox, push notifications, managing points)
- Reviewing notices, handling reports, taking measures against violations, and preventing abuse (spam, misuse of multiple accounts, etc.)
- Automatic translation of notices
- Calculating estimated reach (the number of people a notice reaches) and the points to be used
- Displaying ads
- Responding to inquiries and contacting you with important announcements
- Improving the Service and investigating problems
- Complying with laws and regulations
3. Disclosure to and Processing by Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. However, we entrust the handling of information to, or information is sent to, the following companies to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. These companies' servers may be located outside Japan.

Information about the personal information protection systems of these countries is available on the website of the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan (https://www.ppc.go.jp/personalinfo/legal/kaiseihogohou/#gaikoku ).
4. Retention Period
- Account information is kept until the account is deleted. Anonymous accounts (those not signed in) are deleted 400 days after they were last used.
- Read records are deleted after 60 days.
- Notices you sent, records of reviews, reports and measures, and IP addresses and similar data at the time of sending are kept for a certain period even after the account is deleted, to prevent abuse and to respond to requests based on law (such as requests for disclosure of sender information).
- For Users who have received a permanent suspension of sending, we keep their Apple / Google account identifier in an irreversible form (a hash value) to prevent re-registration.
5. Your Choices
- Push notifications: You can change the genres you receive and push notifications for announcements from the Notia team at any time in the app's settings. You can also turn off notifications entirely in your OS settings.
- Automatic translation: You can turn it off in the app's settings. Even if you turn it off, notice text is still sent to OpenAI for review.
- Ad tracking (iPhone): We ask the first time. You can change it at any time in the Settings app → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you do not allow it, you will still see ads that are not tailored to your interests. Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent screen.
- Deleting your account: You can delete your account at any time from "Settings" → "Delete account" in the app. This deletes your account, receiving records, likes, blocks and points, and notices you sent will no longer be displayed (for retention, see section 4).
6. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, etc.
You may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, etc. of the personal information about you that we hold. Please contact us at the address below. After confirming your identity, we will respond in accordance with the law.
7. Security Measures
Communications are encrypted (HTTPS), and access to administrative screens is limited to authorized staff. We take measures to prevent leaks and tampering of information, such as using an authentication method for AI review that does not store long-lived keys.
8. Children's Information
The Service is not intended for persons under 16. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 16, we will delete it.
9. Revisions
If we revise this policy, we will announce important changes in advance in the app or on our website.
