支払時期: 購入手続完了時に課金されます。以降は、App Store では契約期間（1か月）が終わる前の24時間以内に、Google Play では各更新日に、次の期間の料金が請求されます。

提供する内容: キラキラ・ラメのオリジナルタイプ、作れるステッカーの数の無制限化（無料では10枚まで。自分で作ったものだけを数え、削除するとその分また作れます）、配れる枚数の無制限化（無料では1つのステッカーにつき2枚まで）、1つのステッカーをステッカー帳に貼れる場所の数を2か所まで（無料では1か所まで。全ページの合計で数え、プレミアムが終わっても貼ってあるものははがしません）、ステッカー帳の2ページ目以降、ステッカーの裏へのメッセージ（手書き・文字。18歳未満の方は利用できません）。1つの購入で利用できる端末は3台までです。内容はアプリ内の購入画面に表示するとおりです。
返品・返金: 法令に定める場合及び利用規約に定める場合を除き、返品・返金には応じられません。アプリ内課金の返金は Apple 又は Google の定める手続きによります（App Store の「問題を報告する」、又は Google Play の返金のリクエストから申請できます）。不具合により利用できない場合は info@virtual-cross.com までご連絡ください。
自動更新と解約: プレミアムは、App Store では現在の契約期間が終わる24時間前までに、Google Play では次回の更新日までに解約しない限り、同じ期間・料金で自動的に更新されます。解約は、iOS 版では端末の「設定 >（ご自身の名前）> サブスクリプション」から、Android 版では Google Play ストアの「お支払いと定期購入 > 定期購入」から行ってください。アプリを削除しても解約にはなりません。解約後も当該期間の終了までは引き続きご利用いただけます。期間の途中で解約しても、日割りによる返金はありません。利用規約に違反して退会処理を受けた場合も、プレミアムは自動では解約されませんので、同じ方法で解約してください。
動作環境: iOS 18.0 以降を搭載した iPhone・iPad、又は Android 10 以降を搭載した端末（Google Play 開発者サービスが必要です。画面はスマートフォン向けで、タブレットでも動作します。光る効果は Android 13 以降で表示され、Android 10〜12 では簡易な表示になります）。16歳以上の方がご利用いただけます。18歳未満の方は、保護者の同意を得たうえでご購入ください。

Price: Premium (monthly) JPY 300, tax included. The price shown on the purchase screen in the app and on the App Store or Google Play applies. The price shown is the amount you pay.
Additional costs: Data communication charges are borne by the user.
Payment method: On iOS, the payment method linked to your Apple Account (through the App Store); on Android, the payment method linked to your Google Account (through Google Play)
Payment timing: You are charged when the purchase completes. After that, the fee for the next period is charged within the 24 hours before each one-month period ends on the App Store, or on each renewal date on Google Play.
Delivery: Available immediately after payment completes.
What is provided: The original sparkle and glitter types, unlimited stickers you can make (up to 10 on the free plan; only stickers you made yourself count, and deleting one lets you make another), unlimited copies to give away (up to 2 per sticker on the free plan), placing one sticker in up to 2 spots in your sticker book (1 on the free plan; counted across all pages, and stickers already placed stay when Premium ends), sticker book pages from the second page onwards, and messages on the backs of stickers (handwritten or typed; not available to users under 18). One purchase can be used on up to 3 devices. As shown on the purchase screen in the app.
Returns and refunds: Except as provided by law or in the Terms of Use, we cannot accept returns or refunds. Refunds of in-app purchases follow Apple's or Google's procedures (you can request one via "Report a Problem" in the App Store, or through a refund request on Google Play). If a fault stops you from using Premium, contact us at info@virtual-cross.com.
Auto-renewal and cancellation: Premium renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period on the App Store, or before the next renewal date on Google Play. To cancel, on iOS go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions; on Android go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions in the Google Play Store. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You can keep using Premium until the end of the current period after cancelling. Cancelling partway through a period does not give a pro-rated refund. Premium is not cancelled automatically even if your account is terminated for breaching the Terms of Use, so cancel it in the same way.
Requirements: iPhone or iPad running iOS 18.0 or later, or a device running Android 10 or later (Google Play services required; the screens are designed for phones but also work on tablets; the sparkle effects are shown on Android 13 or later, with a simpler display on Android 10 to 12). The app is for people aged 16 or over. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent before buying.
