Q. 何歳から使えますか？

16歳以上の方がご利用いただけます。16〜17歳の方は、保護者の同意を得てから使ってください（プレミアムの購入も同じです）。初めて起動したときに、生まれた年と月（と、18歳未満の方は保護者の同意）で確認します。生まれた年と月は保存しません。18歳未満の方は、ステッカーの裏のメッセージを使えず、作ったステッカーはブラウザの受け取りページに表示されません。年齢や保護者の同意を偽って使うことは規約違反で、利用停止（退会処理）の対象になります。 The app is for people aged 16 or over. If you are 16 or 17, get a parent or guardian's consent first (this also applies to buying Premium). When you first open the app, we check your year and month of birth (and, for users under 18, a parent or guardian's consent). Your year and month of birth are not stored. Users under 18 cannot use messages on the backs of stickers, and stickers they make are not shown on the receiving page in a browser. Lying about your age or a parent or guardian's consent breaches the Terms and is grounds for account termination.

Q. 料金はかかりますか？

無料で使えます。無料では、ステッカーを10枚まで作れて（自分で作ったものだけを数え、削除するとその分また作れます。もらったものは数えません）、1つのステッカーにつき2枚まで配れます。1つのステッカーをステッカー帳に貼れるのは1か所までです（全ページの合計）。プレミアム（月額300円・自動更新）では、キラキラ・ラメのオリジナルタイプ、作れる枚数と配れる枚数の無制限、1つのステッカーを2か所まで貼れること、ステッカー帳の2ページ目以降、ステッカーの裏へのメッセージが使えます。 The app is free: you can make up to 10 stickers (only stickers you made yourself count, deleting one lets you make another, and stickers you receive do not count), and give away up to 2 copies of each. Each sticker can be placed in 1 spot in your sticker book (counted across all pages). Premium (JPY 300 per month, auto-renewing) adds the original sparkle and glitter types, unlimited stickers and copies, placing each sticker in up to 2 spots, sticker book pages from the second page onwards, and messages on the backs of stickers.

Q. プレミアムを解約したい

iPhone・iPad:「設定 >（自分の名前）> サブスクリプション」から選び、契約期間が終わる24時間前までに解約してください。
Android: Google Play ストアの「お支払いと定期購入 > 定期購入」から選び、次回の更新日までに解約してください。
アプリを削除しても解約にはなりません。解約後も、その期間の終わりまではプレミアムをお使いいただけます。 iPhone or iPad: go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions, choose the app and cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Android: in the Google Play Store, go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, choose the app and cancel before the next renewal date.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. You can keep using Premium until the end of the current period after cancelling.

Q. 返金してほしい

法令に定める場合及び利用規約に定める場合を除き、返品・返金には応じられません。アプリ内課金の返金は Apple 又は Google の定める手続きによります（App Store の「問題を報告する」、又は Google Play の返金のリクエストから申請できます）。不具合により利用できない場合は info@virtual-cross.com までご連絡ください。 Except as provided by law or in the Terms of Use, we cannot accept returns or refunds. Refunds of in-app purchases follow Apple's or Google's procedures (you can request one via "Report a Problem" in the App Store, or through a refund request on Google Play). If a fault stops you from using the app, contact us at info@virtual-cross.com.

Q. 機種変更やアプリの入れ直しのあと、プレミアムが使えない

購入に使ったのと同じ Apple アカウント（Android では Google アカウント）で、プレミアムの画面にある「購入を復元」をタップしてください。iPhone で買ったプレミアムを Android で使うことはできません（逆も同じです）。 Using the same Apple Account (Google Account on Android) you bought it with, tap 「購入を復元」 (Restore purchases) on the Premium screen. Premium bought on an iPhone cannot be used on Android, and vice versa.

Q. ステッカー帳に貼るには？

「マイステッカー」でステッカーを選び、「ステッカー帳に貼る」を押します。iPhone・iPad では、ステッカー帳の何もないところを長押ししても、持っているステッカーから選んで貼れます。1つのステッカーを貼れるのは、無料では1か所まで、プレミアムでは2か所までです（全ページの合計）。プレミアムが終わっても、貼ってあるステッカーははがれません（新しく増やせなくなるだけです）。 Choose a sticker under マイステッカー (My stickers) and tap 「ステッカー帳に貼る」 (Place in sticker book). On an iPhone or iPad you can also press and hold an empty part of the sticker book to choose one of your stickers to place. Each sticker can be placed in 1 spot on the free plan, or up to 2 spots with Premium (counted across all pages). If Premium ends, stickers already placed stay where they are; you just cannot add more.

Q. ステッカーを配るには？

リンクで配る:「マイステッカー」で自分で作ったステッカーを開き、「LINEで送る」か「リンクを共有」を押します。リンクは7日間有効で、表示された人数まで受け取れます。受け取り待ちのリンクは「取り消す」で止められます。
近くの人と交換する: おたがいに「交換」画面を開き、相手を選んで「ペアリング」します。両方の画面に同じ絵柄が出ていることを確かめて承認し、ステッカーを上にスワイプして送ります。近くの交換は iPhone・iPad どうし、又は Android どうしでできます（iPhone と Android のあいだではできません。リンクなら送れます）。 By link: open a sticker you made under マイステッカー (My stickers) and tap 「LINEで送る」 (Send with LINE) or 「リンクを共有」 (Share link). The link is valid for 7 days and can be received by up to the number of people shown. You can stop a waiting link with 「取り消す」 (Cancel).
Trading nearby: both of you open the 「交換」 (Trade) screen, choose each other and tap 「ペアリング」 (Pair). Check that the same picture appears on both screens, approve, then swipe the sticker up to send it. Trading nearby works between iPhones and iPads, or between Android devices (not between an iPhone and an Android device; links work for both).

Q. 近くの交換で相手が見つからない

両方の端末で Wi‑Fi と Bluetooth をオンにし、「交換」画面を開いてください。iPhone・iPad では「設定」アプリでこのアプリのローカルネットワークが、Android では「付近のデバイス」（Android 10〜12 では「位置情報」）が許可されているかもご確認ください。Android 10〜12 の「位置情報」は近くの端末をさがすためだけに使い、位置は読みません。iPhone と Android のあいだでは交換できません。端末の機種や周りの通信の状況によっては使えないことがあります。 Turn on Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth on both devices and open the 「交換」 (Trade) screen. Also check that Local Network access is allowed for the app in the Settings app on an iPhone or iPad, or that Nearby devices (location on Android 10 to 12) is allowed on Android. On Android 10 to 12, location permission is used only to find nearby devices; your location is never read. An iPhone and an Android device cannot trade nearby. Trading nearby may not work on some device models or in some wireless conditions.

Q. 配ったステッカーは誰が見られますか？

受け取れるあいだ（期限内で、残りの枚数があり、取り消していないあいだ）は、リンクを知っている人なら誰でも、アプリが無くても、画像・ステッカーの名前・あなたのニックネームを見られます。受け取った人の端末には裏のメッセージも保存され、あとから消すことはできません。配る写真とメッセージは、知られて困らないものだけにしてください。18歳未満の方が作ったステッカーは、ブラウザの受け取りページには表示されず、アプリで受け取った人だけが見られます。 While it can be received (within the validity period, with copies left and not cancelled), anyone who knows the link can see its image, its name and your nickname, even without the app. The message on the back is also saved on recipients' devices and cannot be removed later. Only give away photos and messages you are happy for others to see. Stickers made by users under 18 are not shown on the receiving page in a browser; only people who receive them in the app can see them.

Q. 配ったステッカーをサーバーから消したい

1枚ずつ消すときは、ステッカーを削除するときに「端末とサーバーから削除」を選びます。まとめて消すときは、「マイステッカー」→「ステッカーのルール」の「サーバー上のデータをすべて削除」を使います。受け取った人の端末にあるステッカーは消えません。 To delete one sticker, choose 「端末とサーバーから削除」 (Delete from device and server) when deleting it. To delete everything, use 「サーバー上のデータをすべて削除」 (Delete all data on the server) under マイステッカー (My stickers) → ステッカーのルール (Sticker rules). Stickers already on recipients' devices are not removed.

Q. いやなステッカーを受け取った

「マイステッカー」でそのステッカーを開き、「通報・ブロック」から「通報する」を選んでください。原則24時間以内に確認し、規約違反なら削除や利用停止を行います。「この作者をブロック」を選ぶと、その作者のステッカーは端末から削除され、今後は受け取りません。 Open the sticker under マイステッカー (My stickers) and choose 「通報する」 (Report) from 「通報・ブロック」 (Report / Block). We review reports, in principle, within 24 hours and delete stickers or terminate accounts that breach the Terms. If you choose 「この作者をブロック」 (Block this creator), that creator's stickers are removed from your device and you will no longer receive them.

Q. 「利用を停止しました」と表示された

利用規約に違反したため、その端末での利用を停止しました（退会処理）。サーバー上のステッカーと記録は削除されています。プレミアムは自動では解約されませんので、上の方法で解約してください。お心当たりがない場合は、問い合わせ用ID を添えてご連絡ください。 Your use of the app on that device has been stopped because of a breach of the Terms of Use (account termination), and your stickers and records on our servers have been deleted. Premium is not cancelled automatically, so cancel it as described above. If you think this is a mistake, contact us with your Support ID.

Q. 写真はサーバーに送られますか？

いいえ。切り抜きは端末の中で行い、もとの写真は送りません。サーバーに保存されるのは、配ったステッカーだけです。配るときは、ルールに反していないかを AI で自動的に確認します（Cloudflare の AI を使います。同社は、この情報を AI の学習に使わないとしています）。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。 No. Cutting out happens on your device, and original photos are never sent. Only stickers you give away are stored on our servers. When you give a sticker away, AI automatically checks that it follows the rules (using Cloudflare's AI; Cloudflare states that it does not use this information to train AI).
