バーチャルクロス(以下「当社」)は、当社が提供するアプリ「mosaipe」(以下「本アプリ」)における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー(以下「本ポリシー」)を定めます。
1. 写真・画像の取り扱い
本アプリは、利用者が編集のために選択した写真を利用者の端末内でのみ処理します。編集した画像の保存先は利用者自身の写真ライブラリ(Android ではギャラリー)であり、当社が写真・画像を収集・送信・保存することはありません。写真ライブラリへのアクセスは、画像の読み込みおよび保存の目的にのみ使用します。
2. 広告について
本アプリは、Google の広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して広告を表示します。AdMob は広告の配信・測定・不正防止のために、広告識別子(iOS の IDFA、Android の広告 ID)、IP アドレス、デバイス情報、広告の表示・操作に関する情報などを収集・利用する場合があります。詳細および収集情報の取り扱いについては、Google のポリシーをご確認ください。

3. トラッキングの許可(ATT)と同意管理(UMP)
本アプリは、パーソナライズ広告のために端末の広告識別子(iOS の IDFA、Android の広告 ID)を使用する場合があります。iOS ではトラッキング透明性(App Tracking Transparency)により、許可を求めるダイアログを表示します。許可しない場合でも本アプリはご利用いただけます。Android では、端末の設定から広告 ID の削除やパーソナライズ広告の無効化ができます。また、対象地域の利用者には、Google User Messaging Platform を通じて広告に関する同意を取得します。
4. 課金(App 内課金)について
本アプリは「広告を消す」買い切り課金(非消費型)を提供します。購入処理および決済は、iOS では Apple の App Store / StoreKit、Android では Google Play の課金システムを通じて行われ、当社がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。

6. 第三者提供

VirtualCross ("we") sets out below how information is handled in "mosaipe" (the "App"), the application we provide.
1. Photos and images
The App processes the photos you select for editing entirely on your own device. Edited images are saved to your own photo library (the Gallery on Android); we never collect, transmit or store your photos. Access to the photo library is used only to load and save images.
2. Advertising
The App shows ads through Google AdMob. For ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention, AdMob may collect and use the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), IP address, device information, and data about how ads are shown and interacted with. 3. App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and consent (UMP)
The App may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) for personalised ads. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency will show a permission dialog. The App remains fully usable if you decline. On Android, you can delete your Advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in the device settings. In applicable regions, consent for advertising is collected through the Google User Messaging Platform.
4. In-app purchases
The App offers a one-time, non-consumable purchase to remove ads. Purchase and payment are handled through Apple's App Store / StoreKit on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android; we never receive or store payment details such as card numbers.
