バーチャルクロス(以下「当社」)は、当社が提供するアプリ「LiveConverter」(以下「本アプリ」)における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー(以下「本ポリシー」)を定めます。
1. 動画・写真の取り扱い
本アプリは、利用者が選択した動画から Live Photo(動く壁紙)を作成します。この変換処理は、すべて利用者の端末内で行われます。作成した Live Photo の保存先は利用者自身の写真ライブラリであり、当社が動画・写真を収集・送信・保存することはありません。写真ライブラリおよびファイルへのアクセスは、変換元の読み込みと変換結果の保存の目的にのみ使用します。
2. 広告について
本アプリの無料版は、Google の広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して広告を表示します。AdMob は広告の配信・測定・不正防止のために、広告識別子(IDFA)、IP アドレス、デバイス情報、広告の表示・操作に関する情報などを収集・利用する場合があります。詳細および収集情報の取り扱いについては、Google のポリシーをご確認ください。

3. トラッキングの許可(ATT)と同意管理(UMP)
本アプリは、パーソナライズ広告のために端末の広告識別子(IDFA)を使用する場合があります。iOS のトラッキング透明性(App Tracking Transparency)により、許可を求めるダイアログを表示します。許可しない場合でも本アプリはそのままご利用いただけます。その場合、広告は表示されますが、パーソナライズされていない広告(非パーソナライズ広告)になります。

4. 課金(App 内課金)について
本アプリは「LiveConverter Pro」買い切り課金(非消費型)を提供します。購入すると、出力の透かしが除去され、広告が表示されなくなります。購入処理および決済は Apple の App Store / StoreKit を通じて行われ、当社がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。購入状態は利用者の Apple アカウントに紐づき、「購入を復元」により復元できます。

VirtualCross ("we") sets out below how information is handled in "LiveConverter" (the "App"), the application we provide.
1. Videos and photos
The App creates a Live Photo (an animated wallpaper) from a video you choose. That conversion runs entirely on your own device. The Live Photo is saved to your own photo library; we never collect, transmit or store your videos or photos. Access to your photo library and files is used only to load the source and save the result.
2. Advertising
The free version of the App shows ads through Google AdMob. For ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention, AdMob may collect and use your advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, device information, and data about how ads are shown and interacted with. See Google's policies for details.

3. App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and consent (UMP)
The App may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalised ads. iOS App Tracking Transparency will show a permission dialog. The App remains fully usable if you decline. You will still see ads, but they will be non-personalised.
In applicable regions such as the EEA and the UK, consent for advertising is collected through the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).
4. In-app purchases
The App offers "LiveConverter Pro", a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Buying it removes the watermark from your output and stops ads from being shown. Purchase and payment are handled through Apple's App Store / StoreKit; we never receive or store payment details such as card numbers. The purchase is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored with "Restore Purchases".

We do not run a server of our own that collects or stores your information. The only things that leave your device in connection with the App are what Google receives for ad delivery and what Apple receives for billing.
