This page covers how to use it and the questions we get most. It covers both the iPhone version (App Store) and the Android version (Google Play), and says so where the two differ.

使い方 / How to use
- 初めて起動すると、使い方の案内が表示されます。カメラとマイクの利用を許可してください。 A short tutorial appears the first time you open the app. Allow access to the camera and microphone.
- 片方のカメラが画面いっぱいに、もう片方が小窓に映ります。小窓はドラッグで移動、ピンチで拡大・縮小できます。入れ替えのボタンで、メインと小窓のカメラが入れ替わります。 One camera fills the screen and the other appears in a small window. Drag the window to move it and pinch to resize it. The swap button switches which camera is main and which is in the window.
- シャッターをタップすると写真、長押しすると動画の録画が始まり、もう一度タップすると止まります。端末を横向きにすると、横向きで撮影できます。 Tap the shutter for a photo. Press and hold it to start recording a video, and tap again to stop. Turn your phone sideways to shoot in landscape.
- 撮った写真・動画は、アプリ内のライブラリに入ります。写真アプリ（Android 版ではギャラリー）に残したいものを選んで「広告を見て保存」をタップします。 Your photos and videos go into the app's library. Select the ones you want to keep in the Photos app (the gallery on Android) and tap 「広告を見て保存」 (Watch an ad to save).
- 短い広告を最後まで見ると、写真アプリに保存されます。Android 版では端末のギャラリー（写真は「Pictures/DualCam」、動画は「Movies/DualCam」）に保存されます。保存したものには「保存済み」と表示されます。 Watch the short ad to the end and the items are saved to the Photos app. On Android they are saved to your device's gallery (photos to "Pictures/DualCam", videos to "Movies/DualCam"). Saved items are marked 「保存済み」 (Saved).
使い方は、画面左上の「？」ボタンからいつでも見直せます。 You can review how to use the app at any time from the "？" button at the top left of the screen.

Q. 動作環境を教えてください
iPhone・iPad は iOS 17 以降、Android は Android 11 以降でお使いいただけます。前後のカメラの同時撮影には、「2つのカメラの同時使用」に対応した端末が必要です。対応していない端末では、カメラを1台ずつ切り替えての撮影になります（アプリ内にも案内が表示されます）。 DualCam runs on iOS 17 or later and on Android 11 or later. Shooting with both cameras at once needs a device that supports using two cameras simultaneously. On devices that do not, the app shoots with one camera at a time and lets you switch between them (the app tells you so as well).
Q. 前と後ろのカメラが同時に映らない
前後のカメラの同時撮影に対応していない端末では、カメラを1台ずつ切り替えて撮影します。映像がまったく映らない場合は、カメラの利用が許可されているかご確認ください（iOS は「設定」アプリ >「DualCam」、Android は「設定」>「アプリ」>「DualCam」>「権限」）。 On devices that cannot use both cameras at once, the app shoots with one camera at a time and lets you switch between them. If nothing shows at all, check that camera access is allowed (on iOS, Settings > DualCam; on Android, Settings > Apps > DualCam > Permissions).
Q. 動画に音が入らない
マイクの利用を許可していない場合、動画は音声なしで録画されます。iOS は「設定」アプリ >「DualCam」、Android は「設定」>「アプリ」>「DualCam」>「権限」>「マイク」で許可してください。 If microphone access is not allowed, videos are recorded without sound. Allow it in Settings > DualCam on iOS, or Settings > Apps > DualCam > Permissions > Microphone on Android.
Q. 撮った写真・動画はどこに保存されますか？
まずアプリ内のライブラリに保存されます。このライブラリは端末の中（アプリの中）にだけあり、写真アプリ（Android 版ではギャラリー）とは別のものです。残したいものは、ライブラリで選んで「広告を見て保存」から保存してください。Android 版の保存先は、写真が「Pictures/DualCam」、動画が「Movies/DualCam」のフォルダです。 They are saved first to the app's own library. That library lives only on your device, inside the app, and is separate from the Photos app (the gallery on Android). To keep something, select it in the library and save it with 「広告を見て保存」 (Watch an ad to save). On Android, photos go to the "Pictures/DualCam" folder and videos to "Movies/DualCam".
Q. 写真アプリ（ギャラリー）に保存するには広告を見る必要がありますか？
はい。写真アプリ・ギャラリーへの保存は、短い広告（リワード広告）を最後まで見たあとに行われます。広告を表示できないとき（オフラインのときなど）は、広告なしでそのまま保存されます。広告が表示されるのは保存するときだけで、撮影中に広告は表示されません。 Yes. Items are saved to the Photos app, or the gallery on Android, after you watch a short rewarded ad to the end. If an ad cannot be shown (for example, when you are offline), they are saved anyway, without an ad. Ads appear only when you save — never while you are shooting.
Q. アプリを削除するとどうなりますか？
アプリ内のライブラリも削除されます。残したい写真・動画は、削除する前に写真アプリ（Android 版ではギャラリー）に保存してください。 The app's library is deleted along with the app. Save anything you want to keep to the Photos app, or the gallery on Android, before deleting it.
Q. ライブラリの写真・動画を削除したい
アプリ内のライブラリで削除したいものを選び、削除してください。 Select the items in the app's library and delete them.
Q. 料金はかかりますか？
無料でお使いいただけます。App 内課金やサブスクリプションはありません。Android 版も同じで、Google Play の課金もありません。 DualCam is free. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. The same is true of the Android version: there are no Google Play purchases either.
Q. 別のアプリに切り替えると画面がぼやける
アプリが前面にないときは、アプリの切り替え画面などに内容が映らないよう、画面をぼかしています。Android 版でも同じです。 When the app is not in the foreground it blurs its screen, so nothing shows in places such as the app switcher. The same applies on Android.
Q. 広告のトラッキングや同意の設定を変えたい
iOSでは、トラッキングの許可を「設定」アプリ >「プライバシーとセキュリティ」>「トラッキング」で変更できます。Androidにはこのダイアログはなく、代わりに端末の「設定」>「Google」>「広告」から広告 ID のリセット・削除ができます。EEA（欧州経済領域）・英国・スイスでは、どちらの版でもアプリの「？」ボタンから開く画面の「広告のプライバシー設定」で、広告に関する同意を変更できます。 On iOS, you can change tracking permission in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Android has no such dialog; instead you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings > Google > Ads. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, both versions let you change your advertising consent with 「広告のプライバシー設定」 (ad privacy settings) on the screen opened from the app's "？" button.
Q. 写真は外部に送信されますか？
いいえ。撮影した写真・動画は端末の中（アプリ内のライブラリと、保存先の写真アプリ・ギャラリー）にだけ置かれ、外部のサーバーに送信されることはありません。写真アプリへのアクセスは保存（追加）のためだけに使い、すでにある写真を読み取ることはありません。Android 版も同じで、ギャラリーへの保存はアプリ自身が作るファイルを書き込むだけです。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。 No. Your photos and videos stay on your device — in the app's library and, if you save them, in the Photos app or gallery — and are never sent to a server. Access to Photos is used only to add your saved items; the app never reads the photos already in your library. The same is true on Android: saving to the gallery only writes files the app itself creates. See the privacy policy for details.
Q. 利用規約はありますか？
App Store から入手した本アプリには、Apple の標準使用許諾契約（EULA）が適用されます。Google Play から入手した本アプリには、利用規約が適用されます。どちらもアプリの「？」ボタンから開く画面から確認できます。 Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) applies to the app obtained from the App Store. Our own Terms of Use apply to the app obtained from Google Play. You can open either from the screen shown by the app's "？" button.
