VirtualRun（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報について説明します。
a. アプリ内で作成するデータ（端末内に保存）
ランの記録、作成したルート、アバターや表示名などの設定は、原則としてお使いの端末内（および必要に応じて iCloud）にのみ保存されます。開発者はこれらを収集しません。
b. 「一緒に走る」（Co-run）機能
この機能を利用した場合に限り、同じルームの参加者に対して、あなたの表示名（ニックネーム）、アバター、ルート上の進捗（走行距離・速度）が共有されます。これは Apple の CloudKit（あなた自身の iCloud）を通じて行われる、ルーム参加中の一時的なデータです。実際の位置情報（GPS）は取得・共有しません。ルーム上の「位置」は、選択したルート上の仮想的な進行位置です。
c. 広告（Google AdMob）
本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。AdMob は広告配信・測定のために、デバイス識別子、おおよその位置、利用状況、診断情報などを収集する場合があります。詳細は
Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
d. トラッキングの許可（ATT）
パーソナライズ広告のために、iOS の「トラッキングを許可しますか？」の確認を表示することがあります。許可しない場合でも、本アプリは通常どおりご利用いただけます（広告は非パーソナライズで配信されます）。Premium にご登録の場合、広告は一切表示されません。
e. Apple ヘルスケア連携（任意）
ランを Apple ヘルスケアにワークアウトとして保存する機能があります。書き込みのみで、本アプリがヘルスケアのデータを読み取ることはありません。連携するかどうかはユーザーが選択できます。
f. 課金（App内課金）
Premium サブスクリプションの購入・管理は Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。決済情報を開発者が受け取ることはありません。
上記の広告事業者（Google）を除き、開発者が個人情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。

VirtualRun ("the App"), operated by VirtualCross, respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.
a. In-app data (stored on device). Your runs, custom routes, avatar and display name are stored on your device (and in your own iCloud where applicable). The developer does not collect this data.
b. Co-run ("run together"). Only when you use this feature, your display name, avatar, and progress along the route (distance & speed) are shared with other participants in the same room, via Apple CloudKit (your own iCloud). We do not collect or share your real-world location (GPS). The "position" shown is a virtual position along the selected route.
c. Advertising (Google AdMob). The App displays ads via Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers, approximate location, usage and diagnostic data for ad delivery and measurement. See Google's Privacy Policy.
d. App Tracking Transparency. The App may ask permission to track for personalized ads. The App works fully even if you decline (ads are served non-personalized). No ads are shown to Premium subscribers.
e. Apple Health (optional). The App can save runs to Apple Health as workouts. It only writes data and never reads your health data.
f. Purchases. The Premium subscription is handled by Apple's App Store; the developer does not receive your payment details.
Except for the advertising provider (Google) described above, the developer does not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
The App is not directed to children under 13.
