Q. アプリで撮った写真が「写真」アプリに入っていません

仕様です。photomap で撮った写真はアプリの中に保存され、iPhone の「写真」アプリには保存されません。 That is by design. Photos taken in photomap are kept inside the app and are not saved to the iPhone Photos app.

Q. 「現在地を取得できませんでした」と表示される

• 「設定」＞「photomap」＞「位置情報」が「このAppの使用中のみ許可」になっているかご確認ください。 Check that Settings > photomap > Location is set to "While Using the App".
• 屋内や地下では現在地を取得しにくいことがあります。屋外でお試しください。 Indoors and underground the location can be hard to get — try again outside.

Q. 「対応エリア外のため登録できません」と表示される

海上など、どの国・地域の範囲にも含まれない場所で撮影すると表示されます。陸上で撮影した写真を登録してください。 This appears for photos taken where no country or region applies, such as at sea. Please add photos taken on land.

Q. 市区町村単位で塗り分けたい

買い切りの「photomap 機能解放」で利用できます。購入後、「マップ管理」＞「設定」の「市区町村単位で表示」をオンにしてください。市区町村単位の表示は日本国内のみです。 This comes with the one-time "photomap 機能解放" purchase. After buying it, turn on "市区町村単位で表示" (show by municipality) under "Map management" > "Settings". Municipality-level display is available in Japan only.

Q. 他のカメラアプリで撮った写真を地図に入れたい

「photomap 機能解放」で「写真の読み込み」が使えるようになります。読み込めるのは位置情報が付いている写真だけです。位置情報の付いていない写真は、どのエリアか判定できないため読み込めません。 The "photomap 機能解放" purchase unlocks photo import. Only photos that carry location data can be imported — without it there is no way to tell which area a photo belongs to.

Q. 写真を削除したい

地図で塗られたエリアをタップして写真の一覧を開き、写真を長押しして「削除」を選びます。写真を開いたときの画面左上にあるゴミ箱ボタンからも削除できます。どちらも確認のあとに削除され、元には戻せません。 Tap a filled area on the map to open its photos, then press and hold a photo and choose "削除" (delete). You can also delete from the bin button at the top left when a photo is open. Both ask for confirmation first, and a deleted photo cannot be brought back.

• 個人マップの写真：端末から削除されます。 Photos on your personal map: deleted from the device.
• 共有マップの写真：自分が追加した写真を削除できます。マップを作った人は、参加者が追加した写真も削除できます。削除した写真は、参加者全員の地図から消えます。 Photos on a shared map: you can delete the ones you added, and whoever created the map can also delete photos added by its members. A deleted photo disappears from every member's map.

クラウドバックアップに保存済みの写真は、削除するときに次のどちらかを選べます。 For a photo already kept in cloud backup, deleting it offers a choice.

• 「削除（クラウドのバックアップは残す）」：地図からは消えますが、クラウドのバックアップは残ります。あとで「保存している写真」からの復元を行うと、個人マップの写真は個人マップに、共有マップの写真は元のマップがあればそのマップに（マップが削除されていれば個人マップに）戻ります。 "削除（クラウドのバックアップは残す）" — delete, keeping the cloud backup: the photo leaves the map but its cloud backup stays. Restoring later from "保存している写真" (photos held in the cloud) puts a personal-map photo back on your personal map, and a shared-map photo back on its original map — or on your personal map if that map has since been deleted.
• 「クラウドのバックアップからも削除」：クラウドのバックアップも削除され、元に戻せません（サインインしていないときに選んだ場合は、次に「保存している写真」からの復元を行ったときにクラウドから削除されます）。 "クラウドのバックアップからも削除" — delete from the cloud backup as well: the cloud copy goes too, and cannot be brought back. If you choose this while signed out, the cloud copy is removed the next time you restore from "保存している写真".

Q. 友達や家族と地図を共有したい

1. 地図画面左上の「個人マップ」メニューから「マップ管理」を開きます。 Open "Map management" from the "Personal map" menu at the top left of the map.
2. 「共有マップを作成」をタップし、表示されるリンクを相手に送ります。 Tap "Create shared map" and send the link it shows to the other person.
3. 相手がリンクを開くと参加でき、追加した写真はお互いの地図に反映されます。 They join by opening the link, and photos either of you add appear on the shared map.

共有マップの利用には、iPhone で iCloud にサインインしている必要があります（「設定」＞ご自身の名前＞「iCloud」）。共有マップの写真は、マップを作った人の iCloud 容量を使います。 Shared maps require you to be signed in to iCloud on your iPhone (Settings > your name > iCloud). Photos on a shared map use the iCloud storage of whoever created it.

Q. 共有マップに参加したい／抜けたい

届いたリンクをタップすると参加できます。アプリの「マップ管理」＞「リンクから参加」からも参加できます。抜けるときは「マップ管理」の一覧から該当のマップを選び「退出」してください。自分で作ったマップは「削除」できます。 Tap the link you were sent to join, or use "Map management" > "Join from link" in the app. To leave, pick the map in the "Map management" list and choose "Leave". A map you created yourself can be deleted.

Q. 無料版と「photomap 機能解放」の違い

「photomap 機能解放」は ¥800 の買い切りで、追加の支払いはありません。 "photomap 機能解放" is a one-time ¥800 purchase with nothing further to pay. The free tier covers prefecture/state and country maps worldwide; the purchase adds municipality-level display in Japan, importing photos that carry location data, unlimited shared maps and unlimited photos on them, where the free tier allows one shared map and 100 photos in total across the maps you create.

Q. 機種変更・再インストールしたら購入が消えた

購入は Apple ID に紐づいています。機能解放の画面、またはクラウドバックアップの画面にある「購入を復元」をタップすると復元できます。 Purchases are tied to your Apple Account. Tap "Restore purchases" on the unlock screen or the cloud backup screen.

Q. 機種変更・アプリの入れ直しで写真が消えた

写真の保存先によって、戻し方が異なります。 How to get them back depends on where the photos were stored.

• クラウドバックアップを利用している場合：新しい端末で同じ Apple ID でサインインし、「クラウドバックアップ」画面の「保存している写真」を開き、「すべて復元」をタップしてください。クラウドに保存した写真が端末に戻ります。iCloud バックアップから端末を復元した場合は、アプリの起動時に復元を案内する表示も出ます。 If you use cloud backup: sign in with the same Apple Account on the new device, open "保存している写真" (photos held in the cloud) on the "クラウドバックアップ" (cloud backup) screen and tap "すべて復元" (restore all). The photos held in the cloud come back to the device. If you restored the device from an iCloud backup, the app also offers to restore them when it starts.
• クラウドバックアップを利用していない場合：個人マップの写真は端末の中にだけ保存されています。機種変更の際は、iPhone の iCloud バックアップやクイックスタートで端末ごとデータを移行してください。アプリを削除すると、端末内の写真も削除されます。 If you do not: photos on your personal map live only on the device. When changing phones, move the data with the whole device, using an iCloud backup or Quick Start. Deleting the app deletes the photos on the device with it.
• 共有マップの写真：マップを作った人の iCloud に保存されています。新しい端末で同じ Apple ID の iCloud にサインインしてアプリを開けば、参加中の共有マップと写真がそのまま表示されます。クラウドバックアップをご利用の場合、共有マップに自分が追加した写真は、そのマップが削除されていても「保存している写真」からの復元で個人マップに戻せます。 Photos on a shared map: these sit in the iCloud account of whoever created the map. Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on the new device and open the app, and the shared maps you belong to appear with their photos. If you use cloud backup, photos you added to a shared map can be restored to your personal map from "保存している写真" even when that map has been deleted.

Q. クラウドバックアップとは？

写真の原本を当社のクラウドに最大 50GB まで保存できる任意のサブスクリプションです。個人マップの写真に加えて、共有マップに自分が追加した写真の原本も保存します。個人マップの写真は iCloud バックアップの対象から外れるので、iCloud の容量を節約できます（共有マップの写真は、これまでどおりマップを作った人の iCloud にも保存されます）。 An optional subscription that stores your original photos in our cloud, up to 50GB. It covers the photos on your personal map and the originals of any photos you added to a shared map. Photos on your personal map are then left out of your iCloud backup, which saves iCloud storage. Shared-map photos still also sit in the iCloud account of whoever created the map, as before.

• 月額 ¥300 または 年額 ¥3,000（自動更新） ¥300 per month or ¥3,000 per year, renewing automatically.
• ご利用には Sign in with Apple でのサインインが必要です。 Signing in with Apple is required.
• 地図画面左上の「個人マップ」メニュー＞「クラウドバックアップ」から購読できます。 Subscribe from the "Personal map" menu at the top left of the map > "Cloud backup".
• 「クラウドバックアップ」画面の「保存している写真」で、個人マップ・共有マップごと、エリアごとの枚数と容量を確認できます。「すべて復元」で端末に無い写真をまとめて戻せるほか、エリアを開くと写真の一覧が表示され、1枚ずつ、または選んだ写真を端末に戻したり、クラウドから削除したりできます。 "保存している写真" (photos held in the cloud), on the "クラウドバックアップ" screen, shows the count and size per area, split between personal and shared maps. "すべて復元" (restore all) brings back every photo missing from the device at once; opening an area lists its photos, so you can return or delete from the cloud a single photo, or the ones you select.

Q. サブスクリプションを解約したい

iPhone の「設定」＞ご自身の名前＞「サブスクリプション」から解約できます。現在の期間が終了する24時間前までに解約すると、次回の更新は行われません。アプリを削除しただけでは解約されませんのでご注意ください。 Cancel from Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the current period ends stops the next renewal. Note that deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

購読が終了すると、新しく撮った写真のクラウド保存は止まります。クラウドに保存済みの写真は、購読の終了日から90日間残り、その間は「保存している写真」からの復元で端末に戻せます。90日を過ぎると削除されます。削除の前には、アプリの通知と画面でお知らせします。期間内にクラウドバックアップを再開すれば、写真は削除されずにそのまま使い続けられます。 Once the subscription ends, new photos stop being saved to the cloud. Photos already held there remain for 90 days from the end date, and during that time you can bring them back to the device by restoring from "保存している写真". After 90 days they are deleted. We tell you before that happens, by notification and in the app. Resuming cloud backup within those 90 days keeps the photos, with nothing deleted.

Q. アカウントとクラウドのデータを削除したい

「クラウドバックアップ」画面の「アカウントとクラウドデータを削除」から、サーバーに保存されたアカウントと写真を削除できます。削除の前に、本人確認のため Apple でのサインインを求めます。あわせて、photomap と Apple ID の連携（Sign in with Apple）も解除されます。この操作ではサブスクリプションは解約されません。解約は上記の手順で別途行ってください。 Use "アカウントとクラウドデータを削除" (delete account and cloud data) on the "クラウドバックアップ" (cloud backup) screen to delete the account and photos held on our server. Before deleting, we ask you to sign in with Apple to confirm it is you, and photomap's link to your Apple Account (Sign in with Apple) is undone at the same time. This does not cancel the subscription — cancel it separately, as above.

Q. 共有マップで不適切な写真を見つけた

写真の一覧で写真を長押しするか、写真を開いて左上のボタンから、次の操作ができます。 Press and hold a photo in the list, or open it and use the button at the top left, and you can do the following.

• 不適切な写真として報告：運営（info@virtual-cross.com）宛ての報告メールが、マップと写真を特定する情報を入れた状態で作成されます。理由を書き添えて送信してください。確認のうえ対応します。 "不適切な写真として報告" — report the photo: a report email to us (info@virtual-cross.com) is drafted for you, already carrying what identifies the map and the photo. Add why you are reporting it and send. We will review it and act.
• この写真を非表示：その写真を、お使いの端末で表示しないようにします。 "この写真を非表示" — hide this photo: it stops appearing on your device.
• この人の写真をすべて非表示：その写真を追加した人の写真を、すべての共有マップで表示しないようにします。 "この人の写真をすべて非表示" — hide everything from this person: photos added by them stop appearing on any of your shared maps.

非表示にした写真とユーザーは、「マップ管理」の「非表示にした写真とユーザーを元に戻す」で元に戻せます。マップを作った人は、参加者が追加した写真を削除することもできます。 Hidden photos and people can be brought back from "非表示にした写真とユーザーを元に戻す" (undo hidden photos and users) under "マップ管理" (map management). Whoever created a map can also delete photos added by its members.

Q. 写真や位置情報はどこに保存されますか？

• 個人マップの写真は、お使いの iPhone の中に保存されます。 Photos on your personal map are stored on your iPhone.
• 共有マップの写真と撮影地点は、マップを作った人の iCloud（Apple の CloudKit）に保存され、参加者の間で共有されます。 Photos and capture locations on a shared map are stored in the iCloud account (Apple CloudKit) of whoever created it, and shared among its members.
• クラウドバックアップを購読している場合のみ、写真の原本と撮影エリア（都道府県・市区町村レベル）を当社のサーバーに保存します。 Only if you subscribe to cloud backup do we store your original photos and their capture area (prefecture and municipality level) on our servers.
